Cocktail Chat: Using Sparkling Wine in Drink Recipes [Video]

I had so much fun producing this content because I collaborated with my friend and former colleague Alison Morris Roslyn, the founder and CEO of Francey Not Fancy, a wine consultancy for unboring people (my description, not hers, LOL).

We chatted for nearly an hour about the pros, cons, and how-tos of using Champagne, prosecco, cava, and other sparkling wines in cocktail recipes.

As a jumping off point, we referred to the new cocktail recipe deck Bubbly Cocktail Cards A–Z from Adams Media. (I’ve reviewed some of the publisher’s prior decks here and here.) That chat turned into a long post by me for Alison’s blog (A Little New Year’s Sparkle-ing) as well as the video below.

We hope you find this information fun and helpful!

Cheers to a happy new year!

This YouTube video is a chat between me and Francey Not Fancy’s Alison Morris Roslyn.
